Pryor Public Schools is requesting proposals from financial institutions to provide banking services for the district beginning as soon as feasible with the option to renew annually.
Proposals will be accepted until July 20, 2022, at 2:00p.m. Central Daylight Time. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. One original and two (2) copies of your proposal must be submitted. Responses must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the name and
address of the financial institution, opening date, and time. Neither FAX nor email responses can be accepted.

- ALL PRICES MUST BE F. O. B. TO 10 S. CHEROKEE, PRYOR OK 74361.
- YOUR BID WILL BE CONSIDERED ON AN ITEM BASIS. QUALITY WILL BE HIGHLY CONSIDERED BY BOARD AND PAST DEALINGS WITH THE COMPANY / SERVICE RENDERED WILL BE A FACTOR.
- IMMEDIATE DELIVERY WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE DELIVERED BY JUNE 1, 2022 OR MUST SUPPLY FROM VENDOR INVENTORY AT THE SAME PRICE ON AN ‘AS-NEED’ BASIS.
- ALL BIDS MUST BE IN THE OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, 405 S.W. 1ST, P O BOX 548, PRYOR, OK. 74362, BY 4:00 PM, MARCH 28, 2022.
- NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE UNTIL THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED.
- BIDDERS HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF SUBSTITUTING THEIR BRAND OR FIRM NAME PRODUCSTS IN LIEU OF NAMES MENTIONED EXCEPT WHEN NAME BRANDS ARE SPECIFIED.
- QUANTITIES IN GALLONS CAN BE INCREASED OR DECREASED 10% TO COMPLY WITH CONTAINERS THE FIRM USES, HOWEVER, NO MATERIAL WILL BE ACCEPTED WHICH IS DELIVERED IN DRUMS OR USED CONTAINERS.
- BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF SAFETY DATA SHEETS ARE NOT FURNISHED WITH CHEMICAL PRODUCTS ON DELIVERY.
- ATTACHED HERETO IS A LIST OF ITEMS ON WHICH TO BID. PLEASE FURNISH TYPED WRITTEN BID ON ITEMS YOU PROPOSE TO FURNISH STATING QUALITY, DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS AND AMOUNT.
