Online Enrollment Procedures

Online registration is required for ALL students whether new to the district or current students beginning a new school year.

Returning Student Enrollment

For returning students, online registration is located in the Parent Portal of the primary parent or guardian listed in the student record.

Once in the portal, look for the yellow bar in the middle of the screen.

! Online Registration Must be Completed for 2024 – 2025 View

Please update addresses, phone numbers, and contact information during the registration process.

Native American students and JOM members will find other necessary forms in the Parent Portal as well.

New Student Enrollment

Students new to the District will need to complete the online which can be accessed below.

Required documentation:

Copy of State Issued Birth Certificate
Updated Immunization Records, for school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:
Current, up-to-date immunization records, or
A completed and signed Certificate of Exemption form
Proof of Residency-Please write child’s name on the document.
CDIB Card if applicable
