Voted to convene in executive session for the purpose of discussing any resignations or
retirements tendered, the employment of the district administrators and directors for the 2023-
2024 school year. Hiring the following Non-Certified Personnel for the 2023-2024 school year:
Mellisa Dougherty - Roosevelt Teachers Assistant. Hiring the following Certified Personnel for
the 2023 - 2024 school year: Brendan Bradbury - Pryor Middle School Study Skills Teacher;
Morgan Jones - Pryor Middle School Computer Science Teacher; Amy Brown - Pryor Middle
School Special Education Teacher; Jeff Williams - Pryor High School In-School Detention
Teacher; Diana Michelle Kagebein - Jefferson Elementary Special Education Teacher and
considering the appeal of denied student transfers with a review of confidential educational
records and transfer requests of students whereby disclosure of any additional information could

Elementary Remodel project to Lowry Construction as the Construction Manager.
Voted to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment to the existing AIA
contract with Lowry Construction for the Lincoln and Jefferson Elementary Remodel project.
Voted to approve the High School Course Manual and all accompanying courses for the 2023-
2024 school year.
Superintendent's Report
April is both Paraprofessional Appreciation and Assistant Principal Appreciation month. We
greatly appreciate the work these staff members do to keep things running smoothly in the
district and to assist our students in learning.
Congratulations to the high school choir program. The Treble, Tenor/Bass, and Mixed Choirs all
received straight superior ratings (1s) at the state contest. Way to bring home the Sweepstakes
awards!
